Order confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will contact you by phone or email within 1-2 days.

Offer preparation
Below, you will go through all the necessary details regarding your delivery with us, and we will create a suitable offer for you.
This also gives you the opportunity to clarify any possible uncertainties regarding delivery costs, delivery date, etc.

Delivery / Self-collection
Once you have confirmed the offer, all you have to do is wait until the firewood is delivered directly to your doorstep, ...and the heating can begin.
Self-collection is also possible!
Furthermore, you can now order entire crates. Thanks to our all-terrain forklift, we can unload them flexibly at your desired location.
